Hi, I’m Helen. I work from my peaceful family home in Ellwood, offering a range of relaxing and therapeutic treatments including reflexology, aromatherapy, holistic massage, and reproductive reflexology.

All products used during treatments are cruelty-free and vegan.

I welcome clients of all ages — from babies to senior citizens — I love helping people feel more relaxed, comfortable, and cared for at every stage of life.

After studying for 3 years at Cardiff Metropolitan University, I gained the following qualifications:

​I’m passionate about continuing to learn and regularly update my skills to give clients the best possible experience. I’ve recently trained in hands-free massage techniques using forearms and elbows, and I’m currently studying Thai foot massage, which will be available soon.
