Hi, I’m Helen. I work from my peaceful family home in Ellwood, offering a range of relaxing and therapeutic treatments including reflexology, aromatherapy, holistic massage, and reproductive reflexology.
All products used during treatments are cruelty-free and vegan.
I welcome clients of all ages — from babies to senior citizens — I love helping people feel more relaxed, comfortable, and cared for at every stage of life.

This was part of a science diploma with advanced study in anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
I’m passionate about continuing to learn and regularly update my skills to give clients the best possible experience. I’ve recently trained in hands-free massage techniques using forearms and elbows, and I’m currently studying Thai foot massage, which will be available soon.

Thai Foot Massage
A traditional therapy using a wooden stick and hands on acupressure, reflexology, foot and leg massage. Enhances relaxation and circulation.
Head Massage
A focused head massage designed to soothe your scalp, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. Featuring a neck and shoulder massage, this quick, invigorating treatment can alleviate headaches and stress.
Face Massage
Using premium products, we start with a hot cloth cleanse, followed by a focused face, neck, and shoulder massage using essential oils tailored to your skin. This relaxing treatment helps to improve circulation, relieve tension, and leave your skin feeling refreshed and glowing.

A weekly series of targeted reflexology treatment for reproductive health and fertility. Helping to ease stress, balance hormones, and create optional conditions for conception alongside conventional care.
